Shipping Policy

• Delivery Time: Delivery time varies depending on the seller and location but generally takes between 2–7 business days within Israel.

Return and Refund Policy

• Return Period: In accordance with Israeli Consumer Protection Law, customers have the right to cancel a purchase and return an item within 14 days of receiving it. This period is extended to 4 months for people with disabilities, senior citizens, or new immigrants (olim chadashim), provided proper documentation is submitted.

• Eligibility for Returns:

  • The item must be in new, unused condition, in its original packaging.

  • Certain items are non-returnable, including:

    • Perishable goods

    • Digital products

    • Custom-made or personalized items

    • Products that were clearly used or damaged by the customer
