Chi G2 Hair Straightener

The heat plates are ceramic with a titanium finish. This ensures a very long life. The plates are rounded and that ensures that you can also make curls with this straightener. The plates are 25 mm wide.

The straightener has a very long cable of no less than three meters. The cable also rotates and is therefore very manoeuvrable. What I also like is that there is a strap on it, with which you keep the cords together with Velcro. That keeps it nice and tidy!

The temperature of the straightener can be set in steps of five degrees from 80 degrees to 220 degrees. So you can decide for yourself how hot you want to set the straightener. The straightener shows you during heating how many degrees the plates are at that moment. You can also choose between three preset temperatures, adjusted for each hair type.

The first preset temperature is 180 degrees. It is suitable for fine and thin hair. The display is characterized by the blue color at this temperature zone.

The second temperature setting is 200 degrees and is perfect for normal hair. The LCD display will turn green at this temperature.

The third and last preset temperature is 220 degrees. This mode is perfect for people with thick hair and is characterized by the red color on the screen.

The temperature function makes the straightener very user-friendly and will not damage your hair due to a too hot temperature. The second position is perfect for me.

You can turn the straightener on and off with the standby button. With the M button you can switch between the three preset positions and with the plus and minus button you can set the temperature.
